Haas Corp., West Chester, acquired the Total Chemical Management
business of Radian International, Austin, Texas on Oct. 1 and merged
it to form Haas TCM. The merged company has headquarters in West
Chester, more than 250 employees globally, and annual revenue of
$100 million.
