Philadelphia, PA - June 26, 2003 - Kevin W. Walsh
of Wayne, Pa., died on Wednesday evening, June 25, 2003, from injuries
sustained in an automobile accident. He was 47. Mr. Walsh served
on the board of Haas TCM in West Chester, Pa.
Haas TCM CEO Thad Fortin remembers Mr. Walsh: “Kevin
was my brother in law and served on the board of Haas TCM for almost
15 years. His guidance, leadership, and friendship significantly
contributed to the success of our company. He was lead council on
all of our transactions. These transactions included acquisitions,
divestitures, joint ventures, and foreign subsidiaries. I learned
a lot from Kevin and he was always an excellent sounding board when
difficult decisions had to be made.”
