Haas TCM acquires MC Technologies extending its Healthcare Environmental Information Management Systems and Chemical Management Services offering

(West Chester, PA – USA – November 6, 2007) – Haas TCM announced today the acquisition of MC Technologies LLC, a Tucson, Arizona based cutting-edge leader in environmental information management systems.

This acquisition will broaden Haas TCM’s offerings for Environmental Information Management Systems and introduce Chemical Management Services to the healthcare industry. MC Technologies delivers systems and programs designed to protect patients, employees, and communities from hazardous chemicals.

Haas TCM’s CEO, Thaddeus Fortin, said “MC Technologies is a true leader in the healthcare environmental information management field and we have been very interested in entering this growing market. Additionally, we will offer MC Technologies’ products, systems, and programs to all of our customers.”
