Sales Representative

Job Title: Sales Representative  
Job Location: Multiple Locations – Boston, MA; St Louis, MO; Decatur, AL and Los Angeles, CA
Supervises: None

General Summary:
The sales representative will be charged with growing sales and profitability in a geographical area. 

Individual Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the customer portfolio for optimum financial performance.  Understand customer needs and work to meet them including working with the operations group to deliver excellent customer service.  Promote our name with the local Aerospace and manufacturing base.

Management Responsibilities:
Coordinate any support activities (customer service, operations, finance/invoice/account receivables) to insure all transactions are executed from order entry to payment receipt.

Education and Experience:
College degree required. Aerospace and or chemical market and sales experience required. 

Skills:
Good communications skills; ability to negotiate and willingness to call on new people and customers.  Ability to work with customers at plant sites at off hours is required.  Travel is required.
