General Summary
Responsible for data entry and quality of assurance of information processed through our custom software. This also includes the management and organization of data received from internal and external sources. The Data Entry Operator can work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts.

Individual Responsibilities

• Fields incoming calls providing customer assistance when necessary
• Performs data entry in custom software; web-based application
• Search and obtain documentation from manufacturers via internet
• Performs quality assurance to ensure standards set for the department and outside vendors
• Provides feedback on current processes and improvement suggestions

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years relevant experience

Skills

• Ability to perform quality work with or without direct supervision
• Ability to work in detail-oriented; face-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access

• Windows-based PC, MS Office Software
