Job Title:  Supply Chain Analyst – Mentoring Program
Reports To: Supply Chain Group
Job Location: West Chester

General Summary:  Haas is looking for some talented individuals to join and support our Supply Chain Management Group.  The Mentoring Program is a great opportunity to learn and grow with an industry leader, while gaining a broad knowledge of Supply Chain, including Operations, Transportation, Inventory, Purchasing and Quality.  Experience would be gained through working on projects and day to day business in the corporate office, distribution hubs and customer sites on a national and possibly global basis.  The goal is to create a strong background across the Supply Chain and Haas environments to promote a future leadership position.

The Haas Mentoring Program is a 6 months paid program designed as a long term training and interview process.   The goal of the program is to develop, train and retain a pipeline of qualified entry level employees in order to support Haas’ growth plan with quality people that make Haas the Chemical Management supplier of choice.

Education and Experience:
BS degree in Logistics, Business, or Engineering

Skills:
-Must be willing and able to travel and/or relocate
-Must be self-motivated and able to prioritize.
-Need strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and be very detail oriented.
-Must be able to resolve problems in all aspects of job.
-Must have an open mind to accept changing work environment.
-Excellent presentation and communication skills.
-Analytical skills combined with a strong drive for results.
