The Haas IT Department is seeking a motivated and detail oriented individual to join our operations support team.

Haas is an international midsized integrated supply chain company with operations rapidly growing in the US and International markets.  Industries served include Aerospace, Defense, US Government, Electronics, Process, Automotive, Heavy Manufacturing, and Food and Beverage.

Our Operations Support Team is responsible for providing all internal and external training and support to all of our operations throughout the globe.  Successful candidates will gain knowledge in Warehouse Management, Warehouse Operations, Sourcing and Purchasing, Order Processing, Supplier Operations, Material Quality Management, Environmental Compliance, and Global Transportation.

Persons applying should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in science discipline, preferably in CS
• Tenacity for process oriented tasks with emphasis on data integrity
• Advanced understanding of MS Office and Windows XP
• Professional attitude and decorum
• Dedication to accomplish goals in a timely and complete fashion
• Must be able to work well in fast-paced, dynamic atmosphere using critical thinking and problem solving techniques
• Strong interest in learning our company’s business processes
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of Oracle based systems and table structure
• SQL skills and query development
• Process documentation experience
